The product I received was not the product I ordered. My order number was NR************ for exceptional navy blue colour heavy rayon digital print Kurti for ***/-. I received a very different and very cheap product. I tried calling on their helpline number ********** but no response. I also complained on help.peenar@gmail.com but there is no response. I request Facebook to Sue this Peenar company from displaying their products on Facebook and looting their customers. I also ordered my above product from their company advertisement on Facebook. They are also spoiling the prestigious Facebook's name.
I want my entire amount of Rs. ***/- to be refunded as soon as possible. It's a fraud company. I request Facebook to stop Peenar company's advertisements immediately and take strong action against them. They are using Facebook to loot and fool customers. I am attaching my order invoice for proof.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
