KFC - Wrong delivery of product

I have complaint * times to kfc on their toll free number and also mailed to swiggy still no resolution of the wrong delivery of product (* myonaise of same flavours) delivered to me on **.**.**** time around *.**pm.

I ordered on swiggy order no being *************** I got wrong delivery of * myonaise along with chicken.

I have complaint so many times on toll free number of kfc but no resolution. The store manager of kfc model town Jalandhar bearing mob no +** ***** ***** called and said he cannot refund as ordered was delivered by swiggy and they will refund and not us.

I also complaint swiggy they also said they can't refund or compensate.

I need my refund. Very poor service I'm getting into depression of ill behaviour of staff
