Quicktech in - Wrong Deduction

This is Priyanka Arora, from Delhi.

I ordered Apple charger from quicktech.in website on **th September ****.

I received the same on **th September. Now I had few issues which I addressed on the same day.

* - It didn't come in the Apple box. And nothing was mentioned on the website.

* - It didn't have the extended cable.

* - It didn't have the plug, so I am not sure how I was supposed to use that.

* - Date mentioned on the charger was **th September wherein I ordered the charger on **th September.


I messaged , all this issue on the same day on the whatsapp number mentioned. I was told that all this was mentioned on the website. But I checked nothing was mentioned and sent the screenshot to the executive on whatsapp. He also couldn't find anything there ( later website was updated with the details)

Now, when I tried the charger with the plug I already had , the charger didn't work. I went to Apple store, they said they do not honour the warranty for the item purchased from this website (but in warranty details - *year of company warranty was mentioned on the website)

So, I mentioned all this to the executive and asked him to take the charger back as I already had a doubt that its not original. He didn't say anything and accepted the return and said refund will be initiated in few days.

Now, * days back when I received the refund. I was shocked to see that amount of rs *** was deducted.

I paid **** for the charger and I received the refund of ****.

My point is why all this was not communicated to me before. And if you are deducting the amount for refund then whats the penalty for you for not sending the plug or mentioning the wrong date on charger or sending me the charger that was not working. Who is answerable for all this?

Request you to please help in getting the refund of the deducted amount.
