Riva india - Wrong damaged unintended Items Delievered

I would like to lodge a formal consumer complaint against Riva Home for delivery of a wrong and defective product, which amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

Product Ordered: Dinosaur Egg Projection Light
Amount Paid: ₹***
Mode of Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Nature of Complaint:
On receiving and opening the sealed package, I found that the item delivered was completely different from what was ordered. Instead of the Dinosaur Egg Projection Light, the parcel contained broken and unrelated plastic containers, which are unusable and irrelevant to my order.
This clearly indicates:

Delivery of incorrect goods
Delivery of damaged/defective items
Failure of quality checks and order fulfillment standards

Photographs clearly showing the received items and their condition have been attached as documentary evidence.
Despite payment being collected in full, I have not received the product purchased, causing financial loss, inconvenience, and harassment.
Relief Sought:
I request immediate resolution in the form of either:

Full refund of ₹***, OR
Replacement with the correct product, delivered in new and proper condition, at no additional cost.

Additional Note:
If resolution is not provided promptly, I intend to pursue the matter further before the appropriate consumer redressal authorities. Filing this complaint on Voxya is a good‑faith attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
