shopify com - Wrong consignment

I ordered online through facebook shopify.com a minipocket laptop ***gb reflecting a price of Rs ***/- it was strange knowing having due to covid offer it prices so cheap and i placed an order on sept ****** but as by today i am in receiving of the parcel with an old chord and a pair of bluetooth
its an humble request to please lodge my compalined and assist me to have my hard earned money back at your priceless suggestion
