I have Order a custom lounger from Casastyle for my Bangalore residence after talking to them via Phone number provided in their website : ********** (Manoj & Ajit). Casastyle confirm on the custom Lounger similar to be similar to one of the Hamston Sofa which is available in thier product website as well (Steel leg and Grey sofa cloth with fine quality foam) and made the payment on ** Feb **** on the payU link shared in whatsapp. a screenshot was shared post payment and they acknowledged the payment as received. They promised to deliver the product by ** Feb but after multiple calls they finally dispatched the product on ** Feb which accordingly got delivered on * March ****. (Casastyle was rude when asked for tracking and final product pictures before dispatch from the warehouse).
No bills were provided, their inhouse delivery guy made me sign a receipt as product received at around *:**pm on * Mar ****. Upon opening the product the was Purple/Blue in colour and not Grey.
Plastic legs and not steel legs which was confirmed over the phone while taking order.
Stitching and filling of the cushions were poor.
Shared the pics and videos of the received product to casastyle and asked for exchange/return or refund but everytime they said "have to check with production", I don't know, I am out of town, away from system, will call you back but not positive response.
At multiple occasions during call they have placed me on hold and cut the call, didn’t receive the call, switched off their number or made it out of range so that i give up and do not call them.
From * Mar till as of today ** Mar ****, i have been trying to get a resolution but CasaStyle is least bothered. I have asked for Return/Exchange/Refund but all my efforts are in vain.
Such Vendors should not be allowed to run business since their motive is deceiving innocent people and extorting money. Poor and pathetic service provided by Casastyle. I have undergone immense mental and physical harassment in my attempt to request Casastyle to correct their wrong.
Hence i am reaching out to this forum for redressal and wanted to make a statement that people cannot be fooled by such business.
I ask for for total refund of INR**,***.** along with INR **** as a compensation (for money sent to them since ** Feb ****, mental agony and harassment). To take back the product which does not serve purpose for which the customisation was made.
This incident and harassment should be brought to light so that other people are fooled by such fraudulent money seekers.
