I had ordered a Timberland Euro sprint hiker through Timberland sales India Payment No.: BR**************** Payment Date & Time: ****-**-** **:** Amount:****.** INR = *** CNY. I received the product, which is not Timberland, not even a branded one. It's some generic low quality plastic shoe worth about Rs. *** (** CNY). Why do they cheat people, what should I do?
This is pure day time cheating. I am attaching the photographs of the fake Timberland Euro hiker shoes that I got for Rs. **** + *** (including exchange rate). The company people harassed me when I asked them about this. I have great respect for China and Chinese people.
Kindly do something so they will refund me.
