ROBOROCK - Wrong cheap product delivered and vedor not responding

Order #: ER****- Wrong product delivered.
I had ordered Robo Rock Vacuum Cleaner for dusting and mopping via order ID #: ER****. On **th I have received product but it is totally different. Product delivered is XIMEIJIE and was sent Amazon packaging, indicating that is Amazon product. This is clear indication of cheating. I had read very good reviews of Robo Rock on **th Feb **** and then selected and purchased the product.The product which is received is available in Amazon website under Asgtrade brand at **** INR.
I have paid **** INR only for Robo Rock vaccum cleaner especially due to its reviews and not for any other brand.Also received piece is of white color.
It is totally a different product with different specification and color and functionality. Vendor is no replying over customer care email id: support@erobot.store
