I ordered one Chikankari Special Ethnic set(Peach) from Entic fashion https://www.enticfashion.com/ through instagram on May ** ****. A wrong cheap completely different product was delivered on May ** ****. I tried reach them out through mail for return and refund however no reply from them, I tried to connect through WhatsApp they said they will arrange for return but after that no response from their end. I want refund as the product I received cannot be used. I am attaching the picture of the product I ordered and the item I receive to justify my complaint.
