I took an Ola Outstation on **rd June ****, paid cash to my driver but still, the money got charged on my Ola postpaid. I have been following up with Ola and even after confirming with the driver they are harassing me to pay up and even started charging interest for the amount due. I have spoken to many customer care people from Ola, they keep saying they will update the Ola postpaid but nothing happens. Please help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
