no broker com - wrong charges deducted by no broker com

Dear Team i had made a transaction on **th dec **** from my credit card to pay the rent but the transaction get declined by no broker.com by mentioning that there is suspicious activity found in the transaction they had refund the AMOUNT after deducting *% as their charges and refund the money back to the source i want that charges to be refunded and reversed back kindly help
