On the fine morning of **/**/**** i call your DTH customer service on *****-***** .
And it starts spoiling my whole day .
I requested to reset my channels as per my requirement and for the same i mentioned each and every channel . Which cost me INR ***.** . And i accepted the same plan and paid via recharge of INR *** . (Call recording available with me *:** AM )
But my plan didn't changed as per my requirement and then i again called customer service number at this time Ms. Rani picked up my call . Rather then setting up the channels as per my requirement she just set the channels in hurry without asking me and created a bill of around INR *** / - and apart from this rather then explaining me any thing she just transferred my call to senior . (Call recording available with me of **:** AM )
Main kehta reh gaya mere pehele channel set karo kisi senior ko call transfer mat karo mere channel set karo . Par unhone aisa nahi kia aur bill bana diya *** /- per month ka .
The bad service yet not finished . The seniors also decline my request and told ki "** day to yehi chalega " ... Arey kyu chalega yaar ..jo service maine li nahi hai uske paise kyu bhugatwa rehe ho mujhse .

WORST WORST WORST SERVICE ...
I dropped mail to file the complaint but problem is yet not resolved .
I MUST APPROACH TO TRAI, CONSUMER COURT AND SOCIAL MEDIA
