Medplus - Wrong charge of LOCATION CHARGE

I bought medicines today at Medplus Bhagyanagar outlet for Rs ****.**, inv no ***************.
When I raised the issue, the druggist feigned ignorence. MedPlus is cheating customers with these new unlawful charges.
Money collected from all customers must be refunded
