Traffic police in bhadradri kothagudem filing wrong challans wantedly. My vehicle was stopped in middle of the road.. there were ***rs pending challans and they asked me to pay those...I was paying the challan using mobile...mean while that Traffic police filed another challan stating I was not carrying vehicle documents and DL... he never asked me when he stopped the vehicle...but challan was booked...
