I have paid maintenance amount to wrong account number of customer in Saraswat bank. Amount paid to account number: *************** instead of actual account number: ***************.
Saraswat bank is not rejecting the UPI transaction done but blocked the account until customer provides permission for reversal. From last * months bank is not able to trace the account holder of account number: *************** and not giving me customer address or details to trace the customer or returning my money..
