Please note that I have ordered a mobile phone
(ELEPHONE A* ) the model which cost Rs ****/- through this website i.e from crazzysell.com vide order number XFPIH*V on **.*.**.
But it is so strange to see that they have delivered a very cheap and wrong product i.e Alive + Q*** spark mobile phone of *gb ram/**gb Rom as I have ordered a phone mentioned above. It shows that *gb ram and **gb rom with various features. I have attached the pictures of the booked phone and delivered phone. I have mailed them after the incident on **.*.**** on the day of delivery of mobile phone several times but no reply saves an except one that they will inform the matter to the concerned team but inspite of my several emails they did not reply anymore till date. It is very crystal clear that they have running a deceiving type of business by fooling the people. Please do the needful so that I may get back my money.
