I had ordered a dress from Gem boutique instagram business page on**th feb ****, and received a wrong low quality product from them on *th Feb **** .
when raised issue with them they are not ready to take back the product and initiate the refund of the same. the product is totally different from the image shown in their business page.
we earn a single penny in a very hard way, they are looting customers by delivering wrong and low quality goods. They do not even respond to there clients on time. they have wasted my money, valuable time and peace of mind.
