Stayclassy.in - Wrong and incomplete order received

I placed an order for * phone covers and received only *. And the * covers i received , one doesn't fit the phone properly and the other cover i received a wrong model and the customer service rep is adamant that they sent the correct model. And as for asking about the return details they just don't address it.
