EMART Traders - Wrong and Faulty Package received

Hi ,
I ordered for Bose earphone through a website that now definitely looks like a fraud website named shopingbetas.com. The ear phone received is not even worth ***Rs and I definitely feel I m a victim of fraud from the seller . I ve tried to contact them through e mails and telephone number however I ve not received any response . Please assist
