I have ordered for Huawei Sports Headset which was in the buy one get one free category. But on Sunday at **:** a.m. around I received the parcel which contained a sony power bank and a local sports headset. Moreover, the seal of the headset box was broken.
When I call the customer care number, it says the number doesn't exist. I also received a confirmation call of the order a few days before the delivery and even that number does not exist now.
I have also sent them a mail. I want the amount to be refunded.
