Abuggy com - Wrong and Defective Product Delivered by Abuggy com and Return Request but Not Resolved

I ordered OnePlus Nord Buds *R (Deep Grey) from Abuggy.com and paid ₹*** for the product. According to the order details and shipping label, the product purchased by me was OnePlus Nord Buds *R.
The product was delivered to me on * June ****. However, when I opened the package, I found that a different product, namely OnePlus Buds *R, had been delivered instead of the OnePlus Nord Buds *R that I ordered. In addition, the delivered product is defective and not functioning properly.
The shipping label attached to the package clearly mentions "OnePlus Nord Buds *R - Deep Grey", which proves that the product delivered does not match the product ordered. This is a clear case of wrong product delivery and supply of a defective product.
Immediately after receiving the product and discovering the issue, I submitted a return/replacement request on the Abuggy.com website on * June ****. However, despite the passage of several days, my return request has neither been approved nor resolved. I have not received any refund, replacement, pickup arrangement, or satisfactory response from the company.
I have all the necessary evidence, including the shipping receipt, order details, payment proof, photographs of the delivered product, proof of the defect, and the return request submitted on * June ****. These documents clearly establish that the product delivered is different from the product ordered and is also defective.
Due to the negligence and unfair conduct of the company, I have suffered financial loss, inconvenience, mental stress, and unnecessary harassment. The company has failed to provide proper customer support and has not taken any effective action to resolve my grievance despite being informed promptly.
Therefore, I request that Abuggy.com immediately accept the return of the wrongly delivered and defective product and provide a full refund of ₹***. Since the company delivered a product different from what I ordered and the delivered product is also defective, I no longer wish to receive a replacement or exchange. I only seek a complete refund of the amount paid by me along with a prompt resolution of my complaint. I also request Voxya to assist in resolving this matter and ensure that the company takes appropriate action without any further delay.
I am attaching all relevant supporting documents and evidence in support of my complaint.
