Www.crazendemand.com - Wrong and defect Product delivered

I had placed order for Product No.CND*** on the **th of July,****, paying full amount online.
On **th July, i received the order and the product is completely different from what i ordered. The product delivered is CND***. The product even had a defect. I have trying to contact them continuously over mails, face book chat, whatsapp number and their contact number. But i am not getting any response
