I had placed online order on website eazymartonline.in for Bose Soundlink Revolve ******-**** Wireless Portable Bluetooth Speaker (Triple Black). The price shown against the product on website was Rs. *,***/- with cash on delivery payment option. However, I have received an altogether different product (Soundlike Mini S**** Wireless Speaker), which is old and damaged. Immediately, I emailed to request for return of the product and refund of the amount paid. The email mentioned on the website (info@eazymartonline) is wrong and email bounced back. I forwarded the same email to info@eazymartonline.in, which did not bounce back which means email had been delivered; however there is no response till now. Thereafter, I have sent three reminder emails for return and refund; but there is no response from their side. Also, there is no contact number or any office address mentioned on the website, hence I am unable to contact them. The invoice received with the courier has incomplete address and no GST number quoted. The refund policy mentioned on the website states that first customer need to inform them of the problem with the received product and then only further action will be taken by the website. However, email address mentioned is wrong and all our efforts to contact them have failed, since they have not responded to any of the three email communication.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
