Flipkart Internet Private Limited - wrong and damage product received

i have order f&d portable bluetooth speaker from flipkart, but when i opened product it was some small speakers of intex company that too in damage condition. i asked immediatly to flipkart to return the same and give me refund. Flipkart also accepted the return but from last ** days from the date of return accepted no once approached from any courier company to pick up product im daily following with flipkart to arrange pick up, but today sudden they have cancelled the return and when i called them they just told our team will contact you as seller dont want to take product return, if your seller dont accept then we are not responsible as we know flipkart not your seller. request everyone not to buy any product from flipkart.
