Diclon Myshopify Com - Wrong and damage item delivered

I ordered Two cargo pants from "Diclon Myshopify". But On **th August they delivered me, only a damage jeans pant. After that they didn't refunded my money and tried to do more fraud through a fake app.
So , I want my money refund and strict action should be taken against these type of people.
