https sareestylez com - Wrong and cheap used product delivered

Last week I ordered lavender color embroidery saree with blouse worth Rs ***/- . But yesterday I received wrong product as a old used normal shiffon light weight saree worth just below Rs***/-. They provide only email id to raise refund. So i sent a mail to them with wrong product details and shipping order details with pics. But they didn't respond or replied.
