I have ordered two orders with two types of shirts with different styles of *X* pieces for every design (Total * pieces).

But I have received only one package and no order number was mentioned on that package. Also, phone numbers written on the package are not active. In order confirmation mail, both shirts style was showing the same. They sent me shirts which have no worth of more than *** per piece and the total value of these shirts is no more than ***-***. I have ordered shirts of the design which was displayed on their website but they sent me very cheap shirts. I have sent them mail to return my money back and take the shirts immediately. Every time I repeated the mail, they replied to wait for some time as their seller team is looking into the mater. Now more than one week passed, no action has been taken.
Kindly do the needful as I have earned this money hard to mouth and arranged the money to buy the shirts.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
