I ordered an dress from www.suitslabel.com on **.**.**** and paid Rs. **** for it and booked the item but on same day i tried to cancel my order as it was not required anymore but their was no option available for cancellation so i sent a email ( help.suitslabel.com) for cancellation of my order on same day and tried to call on mobile number available on their site but it was switched off. I sent a second mail on next day also but did not received any reply. After few days i received the product but after opening the packet , the product found was of poor quality and different of the product shown on website. After that i tried to contact them plenty of times but they neither picked the call nor they replied. Now their is no option available of returning the product. They have written in return policy that they can return the product within the ** days but they will deduct Rs *** from the amount and remaining money they will credit as points only. As I requested for cancellation of order on same day of order but neither they considered it nor replied me back. Now they are not even providing option for return nor refund of money.
So i request to give justice and take action against them.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
