I had ordered for Micro-Touch All in One Personal Hair Trimmer on **th Dec **** through Cash On Delivery option. On *nd Jan **** I got a call from the delivery agent that the product has been handed over to my house help and I paid the monies through google pay. After I returned home and opened the package, I was shocked to see a cheap Chinese blue color battery operated pore cleaner with no accessories inside the shipment. I wrote several emails thereafter on their customer support id hello@aboutfactory.com, but to no response.
