I ordered a combo of Samsung level u headset and Sony wireless headset for RS.****. But received a Chinese product which is a fake Sony headset which is of very poor quality and can not be even sold for RS.***. In their website they have mentioned their return policy but no response or option to return this and to get a refund. Help me I am a student and I ordered this with my partime job stripend now sitting hopelessly. Thanks in advance
