Assured kart - WRONG AND CHEAP PACKAGE DELIVERED

MY STROY REGARDING THIS :-
They were deliverd me wrong and cheap model MDR-XB*** of headphones rather than MDR-XB***B* and during placing order they offered me wireless ear buds (Sony) with this and ear buds were not in the box, only headphones of wrong model(Chinese) arrived at my house. I request you to please give attention to my problem. I did this payment online through Paytm.
