I had purchased a smartwatch "Zaedus T* Smartwatch" from www.infrill.com based on their ad from the Facebook page on **th March ****. The seller had delivered it on **th March ****. When I opened the product, it was completely a different product than what I had ordered (screenshot & videos attached for reference). Since there is no customer care number or email Id to address this issue, I raised a return request on their website. However, they are not responding and deleting the return requests multiple times. I have the unboxing video, screenshots of the actual product and the return requests (which they are deleting periodically) for reference. Looking forward to the support to safeguard my interest as a consumer.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
