I had ordered the cast iron pan(Artisan Unenameled Cast Iron Pot) with glass lid of diameter ** cm with handle of ** cm, with flat bottom as shown on zaavio.co.
However I have received a completely different item which is much smaller ( ** cm diameter and ** cm handle) and without the glass lid. It does not even have a flat bottom and has a bad finishing and poor quality completely different from what is shown on the website.
The product advertised says suitable for induction and all stoves, whereas the product delivered has a round bottom, not even suitable for induction too
