I had purchased this order containing product “Apple Airpods Bluetooth Headset with Mic (White, In the Ear) – (Certified REFURBISHED)” from Payuoffer.com website on Tuesday date- ** July and received delivery of the product on Wednesday, ** June ****. The product that I received is not a genuine Apple product and I have been repeatedly trying to get my product returned but I am not getting any response from the company. The product that I have received is a fake product and does not match the description as advertised on the website. I have been trying to call company numbers repeatedly but there is no response at all (even though the phone is sometimes on waiting and even busy so the phone is definitely active).
My emails are going unanswered as well as all of my phone call attempts and WhatsApp messages. This is a complete violation of consumer rights.
