Rupee Redee - Wrong Agreement and Harressment calls

I took loan second time from Rupee Redee in urgent needs later after loan aap scam and wrong procedures done by loan companies were declared I wrote to them on how they were charging me * months of interest in one month loan.
as per company on INR ***** loan for duration of * months you pay back ***** how ever they were charging me that in one month I wrote * times asking why this wrong practice has taken place and they never resolved the problem and started coming to settle the amount I told them first it is required to explain the wrong agreement done and they never replied to it to which i said can this be reolved legally if the practice was right to which again they never replied and kept trying auto debit my account first you are not suppose to try and taken money from my bank when their is a issue in their procedure I will pay the money taken but you need to rectify the wrong s done and they kept calling and started being very rude to my brother and if you ask any writen clarity they are not ready to do it and only reply to pay what about whats happened wrong from the company side who will justify that when everything is clearly given orders not to pay if any wrong practice is seen by loan companies that also by court and RBI
