MARUTHI WOOD INDUSTRIES - WRONG ACCOUNT CODE IN MY GOOGLE PAY

Sir,
We are using Google pay from one year and we found in scanner, that the scanned google pay amount is going to some other account instead of my account
ie.gpay-***********@okbizaxis ,
but this is wrong and google pay has been miss guided for me for adding another unknown account to my account in scanning bar code.
and i have been lost more than *,**,*** in the bar code scanner
kindly help me in this regard and take this as complaint and do the needful and refund the amount
gone to unknown number immediately.
