Amit filed complaint against Tata Cliq Hitachi AC on Sep 1, 2021
Ordered hitachi hot & cold ac. everywhere on the website, invoice, package, tata cliq its hot & cold ac. but when installation guy came he informed its only cold ac. and accessories inside are also not of the ac delivered. on the top of it, the installation guys told us... hot and cold and cold ac is the same thing only. let him install it. last ** days, i have been chasing tata cliq for a refund and to take back the ac but they are not bothered. after i googled i found out that tata cliq is almost a fraud site and they are not bothered with customer problems even though its their fault.
