Ashwani Bali filed complaint against Gizcart.in on Aug 2, 2019
I ordered a bluetooth ear buds from this site, they send me a cheaper headsets. Then I contacted website customer service they told me first that I have to wait for * days ,then they said it will take a week but it has been now almost ** days but I had not received any refund from them as said by one of their executives. I have all the mail conversations.
Please help me out
