Hi Team,
I ordered(Order number: *****) * dresses on (https://www.babelooks.com/) with COD mode of payment and got * old/damaged/not-useful Saree's which are entirely different. Raised a request to make a return, no one responded. From the delivery partner(https://www.delhivery.com/) got the merchant details(INDIAN CULTURE PVT LTD) & mobile number(**********) which is not in use(tracking number: *************).
I checked the reviews and feedback from Facebook and other websites and found that am not the first person who fall in this trap, many customers got the similar, and facing the same issue.
Hope i will get help in getting my amount from the merchant.
lastly this type of merchants should be Punished so that they will not repeat this.
