Sportshopy - Written in stock which is out of stock

I've ordered a shoe at this website which was written IN STOCK on **th Aug ****. Next day it was still not shipped and I called the customer care number which was not pick up. I text on WhatsApp and they replied the item was out of stock. I told the guy who texts me back that I already paid so what about my money. He replied I will refund within *-* days. I've waited for one week and there's no refund. I've been trying to contact them and they block my number. I've made an enquiry at the site and no reply. I even tried to contact them on facebook still no reply. I cannot contact with my number and I've tried with another number but they don't want to respond at all. All the numbers given on the website can't be contacted. I personally think this site is a fraud and even it is not been maintained for a long period of time. I'm out of an idea to contact them. I called the cc avenue where the money was deducted and they trace everything but they told me that they can't just refund unless if the shop is filling a refund which they are not gonna do it forever. So I kindly request you guys to help me sort out this irritating site who owe me.
