Agarwal Packers And Movers Limited - Worst Service received from Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd

I would like to file a case against Agarwal Packers and Mover Ltd. for the worst packing done by their packaging team resulting in damage of my goods being shifted from Kolkata to Bangalore. This is in addition to the harassment that my wife and I have faced already by their sales personnel- Tapomoy Kundu (APM****) resulting in a total extra payment of Rs **,*** to their loading team. This is for GCKOL********* (Car Shipment) and for KOL********* (Goods Shipment):

*) On the day of packing and loading i.e. *st June, I had requested for the process to start at *am. This was communicated very clearly to Tapomoy * days prior to my packing start date. On the day of packing and loading, the process got delayed by *hrs. On calling up Tapomoy asking for an explanation for the delay, I was hit by unprofessional behaviour and he also behaved improperly with my wife. We faced unlimited mental harassment due to this unprofessionalism.

*) Tapomoy was very well aware that **ft trucks are not allowed inside my society. For this he had assured a crossover for a smooth loading process which was included in the bill. Our packing process was over by *PM. On calling up Tapomoy and enquiring about the cross-over he mentioned it would be delayed by *hrs. I mentioned to him it is not possible as it would be very late by the time loading is done and I had a train to catch early morning. The packing team was reluctant to work without being paid extra. On asking for the reason for the delay these were his exact words "I do not care what the loading people are asking for. You will not be compensated even a single rupee for this. What is the issue if you have to wait for *hrs?". At the end I had to shell out Rs **,*** from my pocket to the loading people to get it loaded manually. Such is the level of harassment that me and my wife faced on *st June.

*) On receiving the goods, we noticed that there was a lot of damage to the goods including my car. I have attached images of the goods that have been damaged. I am really surprised at the incompetency of the packing team. How can anybody put cellotapes on the material directly without putting cardboard cover on it? This has resulted in aesthetic damage of my Dining Table Base, Cupboard, Hydraulic Bed, TV. All the mentioned items were in perfect condition before getting packed. To fix these problems, we will need to shell out Rs **,*** extra as these are very costly damages. It is not just a part that can be fixed. The whole section needs to be fixed.

*) Apart from all this, when I received my car on **th June, I noticed that the front side of my car has been damaged. The chip has come off resulting in paint getting damaged. This needs to be fixed too as I am very particular about my goods. To fix this damage it will cost me Rs ****.

In summary I have already shelled out Rs **,*** already due to callousness, unruliness and unprofessional behaviour of Tapomoy Kundu. Apart from this I am seeing a further shell out of Rs **,*** to fix the goods that have been damaged by Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd packing team.

I would want this complaint to be taken very strongly as I have not seen any responses to my earlier follow ups and also demand a fair compensation for all the damages inflicted. Screenshots of damaged items attached.
