I have paid * months of subscription charges, and now from last one week we have signal issue no one is ready to take responsibility to solve it . Customer care service is also a headache.how to talk to customer has not yet taught to their employees.
The engineer who was given our contact details to sought out problem,but he is such a worst person to talk.After * to * days he is calling and asking weather the problem has been solved or not. When we gave him call * days back when same problem existed ,instead of helping he is answering to call customer service and your call is completed.
When asked for refund they say they will not give any refund which i have paid.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
