Dear Sir,
With at-most dissatisfaction, I am bringing it to your notice the monetary damage caused by your company because of Negligence & Delay.
After having made my booking online with your Manish Packers & Movers, I promptly informed your Company's representative (Mr. Sunil ), regarding planned journey on same day. They also promised me to pickup at ** am and the packing will be completed within * hours. But labor assigned reported to work at *.** pm. They completed loading only by * pm for which i missed my train.
I Lost Rs.****/- just for the delay done by your labor.
However, when I inquired about delivery of my goods, your representatives in Hyderabad and Bangalore didn't give me correct information. Even after frequent follow ups, they kept me in dark without giving exact details regarding the location of my goods and whereabouts of the shipping information.
Finally, they delivered the packages on **/**/****. It took * days for the delivery of goods which is unacceptable since it was delayed more than usual to what was promised.
After having pushed your Hyderabad representative, He told me that my luggage already arrived in Bangalore on **/**/**** But driver informed me that it actually arrived on **/**/**** due to vehicle breakdown on the way. When I asked your Hyderabad representative (Mr. Sunil), he said the delay happened due to Lorry strike.
There seems be either lot of communication gap between driver and your representative or your folks are fooling me all the time.
After delivery, I also could find that the Materials are in damaged condition with Cooler & Fragile Objects(glassware etc.,) broken.
Filter, Steel Wardrobe & Stain-less Steel drum got dents. Filter candles & plastic drums are in broken state. Dining table chairs & the cushion covers got damaged.
Wooden cot is also damaged and my rice bags are in open condition and it is atleast ** kgs lighter (I suspect theft from your labor). House hold items completely damaged due to negligence.
In-spite of my suggestions & requests to your labor to pack cartons with bubble wrapping, they showed at-most negligence. They told me that they would do so but it wasn't done. I am also attaching photos of the damaged pieces for your reference.
I have been duly following up with the concerned authorities for past one week, but there is no prompt response form your side and issue still remains unresolved.
I am dejected with the kind of service provided by your company.
If there is no satisfactory reply from you by EOB today , I will be forced to take legal action against your company in the Consumer court and Ministry of Law and Justice (The Carriage by Road Act) to settle my issue.
