I ordered double bed mattress for * month rent while booking the delivery date was shown as **th Dec and the process shown was post payment I will need to upload or send supporting documents over email. I paid and sent documents via email on same day i.e.**th Dec. I was waiting for some kind of confirmation on payment or status update msg or email but nothing came. I followed up next day but again no response was sent. I was called & msged yesterday i.e. **th Dec stating to do PAN verification on the link sent to my mobile number when I asked the person about delivery timeline as it was already **th Dec he mentioned post this verification they will take ** hours to which I again mentioned I booked this only as the delivery timeline was **th Dec. He asked me timeline to which I said **th Dec afternoon after that I won't accept the delivery and will need full refund. He said yes it will be done please do verification. I did verification but till now no call or msg or email on the delivery. I again followed up on email and same number but no response. I am clueless if they are delivering or not as i only have time to get the mattress arranged by tomorrow and last minute if they fail to delivery how i will arrange from elsewhere in short notice. This is creating a mental stress to me as to what I should do now if I arrange alternate and they deliver and if they don't what i will do. Also, * misleading/wrong information was given to me first the delivery timeline & the process. Second, they showed me rent of Rs.*** and remaining as deposit and post payment hey increased the rent to Rs.*** and remaining as deposit without any prior notice which is not acceptable.
