Goodrej - Worst service during product warranty

I have purchased * Split AC from Goodrej and post that i have been facing lot of issues with the appliance and i hardly get a response from Goodrej Customer care they are Good in noting the complain and giving complain number, but i hardly see a response and issues getting fixed, it took me ** days for the *st incident to get resolved and again i am facing the issue , do not see any proper response from customer service
