ASHA KAYAL filed complaint against Honda 2 Wheeler SRIJAN Honda on Feb 28, 2021
I recently dropped my vehicle for a service and I have come across frustrating and worst customer service from dealers /bike service centers in KRISHNAGIRI (SRIJAN HONDA) (TAMILNADU) (INDIA). I had saved money for months to get my vehicle and I am so passionate about my activa but these guys in the service centers treated my activa like junk. And I didn't raise a voice that time because I just wanted my activa to be repaired properly and to be sorted out permanently.
I have complained multiple times that I have an issue with my Honda Activa *G and many times I have even visited the service center and despite that also the problem didn't get solved and I was so fed up with my activa. from January **.**.**** to till now(**.**.****) visited the place more than ten times.,even though they never understand customer points and discomforts. They are always keen on the penny. EVERYTIME THEY MAKE SOME TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENTS AND RETURN THE VEHICLE to me. ..IT IS STILL IN SAME PROBLEMATIC CONDITION. TOO BAD SERVICE CRITERIA...NO PROPER RESPONSE.
I shouldn't have given my vehicle for a paid service here. But I did. Now I am regretting the consequences. Things would have been well and good if they did a good service and gave the activa *G back in a good condition. I was tired of being waiting there in their service center all the time regularly for a single issue to be rectified.the bill for this work was (****.**/-)
The quality of Washing is even worst. They wash the vehicle and leave it dry naturally. This results in a lot of spots on the vehicle. They do not even soak the water accumulated under the seat. When I inform them, they say this is what they have been doing for years. This is just too bad. They didn't even do the polishing well.
Last Saturday I was asked to bring my vehicle to the showroom once after my initial complaint but they were not ready to accept my problem or to repair it instead asked me to come again the next day leaving my vehicle there. again I was worried that what might happens this time. after spending the whole day there I got my vehicle back with great relief thinking that the repairs were done. After I drove back from the service center, I noticed that the problem still exists, to be honest, the problem grew worse. I have been driving the vehicle since then and believe me it has been a great nuisance. Chattering sound has aggravated and additionally, the vehicle vibrates abnormally at low speed. Just by driving few meters, one can deduce that servicing has done more bad than good to the vehicle. The bike is not smooth and stable as well. This is something that I had not expected from them. I am unhappy with the improper vehicle repair and expect a proper refund at the earliest. so I tried contacting them to their customer query department number a couple of times on both(**.**.****) Saturday evening and (**.**.****)Sunday morning to report the difficulty I faced after I took the vehicle from the service center but there was no response at all. this time they scratched and broke my left mirror while checking for a cause for the problem by the carelessness of workshop mechanics. So now am terrified of handing over my activa to them for resolving current existing issues. I am disappointed with the service and I do not wish to go back to the same garage again and again just to spoil or damage my vehicle.
BTW, raising a voice is not the same as raising the voice, so I dont want to shout at the showroom or service center instead I need justice from your end. Kindly take the complaint to the Honda Management who can support this, Please understand the pain behind the Customers who trusted Honda. This is absolutely pathetic. I can not believe that an established automobile brand like Honda offers such abysmal service to their customers. This has not happened first time with me. Every time I visit this place, I have to struggle to get my routine job done for which this service center is already taking a hefty amount of time.
Please note, in any eventuality, I will not accept the closure of this issue until I get the refund of my hard-earned money back which I paid for this horrible service. I need justice!
