powermax - worst service by powermax

service is the worst among all treadmill providers. For the past three days, I have been calling and emailing, but none of the customer care representatives have contacted me. No technician has been assigned either.
At the time of purchase, we were informed that service would be provided for any issues and that we should call **********. However, there has been no response so far.
If this continues, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer forum and the media. I will also provide feedback on Amazon regarding the poor service.
I have already raised a complaint through the link https://support.powermaxfitness.net with complaint number V********, but there has been no response to this as well.
