Saurabh Tiwari filed complaint against Honda Cars on Jul 12, 2018
Dear Sir/Madam,
I own Honda City (UP-** CW ****) with the Mane of Mrs. Nisha Tiwari. My car got damaged on May **** due to minor accident.
I have given my Car to Vaishali Honda (HAV Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.) at Patna, Bihar on *th June ****.
They had committed to deliver my car back on or before **th June ****. I have not received as of now.
I have continuously following those service centres. Being a customer, I would like to raise concerns to the regulator of the industry:
*. There is no update about my car. What & when they raise insurance claim.
*. What was approved by insurance company
*. When the work will be completed.
*. Since **nd June ****, I am getting only one reply that Rear bumper which was damaged, is not received at the dealer site till now. The delivery date has been changed to *nd July ****, to *th July ****, to **th July ****. It is almost ** days, I did not receive my car as of now. They did not confirm about the delivery.
*. There is only one Service Centre of Honda in Patna. Another service centre, Brij Honda, was closed. Vaishali Honda is the only service centre at Patna.
*. This service centre has more than *** cars in queue for servicing. Vaishali honda does not have man power to provide support customer.
*. I am travelling by auto, rented car even I have a Car. There is additional expense which is occurred. Worst part is that they even do not bother about customer problems.
*. Are they compensate my travelling expense?
I raised concerns with Honda *** (Customer Service Centre) on **th June ****. This is worst place to provide any kind of service. I did not find reason for existence of the department.
The service, they have provided is disastrous, very painful for a customer like. There is no commitment at all about their promises. Honda is provided me poorest of poor service. I regret that I bought Honda car.
Dealer must compensate all the travelling expenses of customer occurred due to failure in service.
Dealer must deliver car to me ASAP.
