I purchased Daikin AC on **-**-****
There is no issue with free service. After that, we are facing a lot of technical issues arising not even completion of two years.
So we approached the shop we purchased and Daikin service center but we face very poor service by your technicians. For the last two months, we have been trying to reach the service center multiple times in order to clear our difficulties. They also try to postpone each and every visitation with some other problems.
To date, our problem hasn't been resolved and moreover, we have half of our AC cost for the repairs.
We have been waiting for the service for about two months, why because they are stating that spare parts are not available furthermore after the service was done today in spite of our waiting period yet our problem hasn't been fixed yet. Today we arose with a new complaint i.e water complaint inside the indoor unit
After purchase this AC for **K, for service alone I have spent more than **K by this year.
