Bosch Washing Machine - Worst service by Boash washing machine team

Hi,.
I have raised a service request through Bosch customer service center and very speedy visited the technician but the issue was not resolved and for visiting purpose collected ***rs and said need to order spare part and will receive with in three days and left now not answering the calls by technician and informed by calling four times to Bosch service center team they are also failed to arrange technician and every time says will arrange with in ** hrs but not responding. Pls arrange amount or resolution of tap indication.
